Each TalkSwitch system comes complete with sophisticated call-handling features that help you look big, reduce communications costs and stay connected everywhere. Multi-level auto attendants, built-in voicemail, innovative remote extensions and more are included. But sophisticated doesn’t mean complicated; TalkSwitch is a snap to set up and use. From 2 to 64 users per location, there’s a TalkSwitch system to fit every small business. TalkSwitch units come in different sizes with hybrid connections, so you can choose the way you communicate. You pick your own mix of networks (traditional and/or VoIP) and phones (analog and/or IP). Up to four TalkSwitch units can be networked together on your LAN for a maximum capacity of 32 phone lines, 64 extensions and 32 VoIP trunks. You can start with what you need today, and add capacity as you grow. Each TalkSwitch unit includes 10 remote extensions, for a maximum of 40 in a networked system. Each unit also includes a voice mailbox for each local and remote extension, plus 10 general-use mailboxes. TalkSwitch systems have 9 auto attendants, so you can offer multiple options for your callers. The number of auto attendants is global; it does not increase in networked systems.
